Requirements
- Strong engineering background (Python), experience working with AI products (use of LLMs, AI platforms, and tools to solve business problems);
- Proven experience in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing technology-driven solutions with measurable business impact (automation, process optimization);
- Ability to independently structure and solve loosely defined problems with a high degree of autonomy;
- Strong communication skills: ability to communicate in business language with stakeholders and work effectively with technical and business teams;
- Interest in developing product management and business analysis skills as complementary competencies;
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance personal productivity, accelerate learning, and optimize software development workflows.

Key responsibilities
- Identify business challenges, inefficiencies, and productivity gaps in collaboration with functional teams;
- Design AI-based solutions using both general-purpose and function-specific tools;
- Research, evaluate, and integrate the most suitable tools, platforms, or APIs to address operational needs;
- Build and orchestrate AI-powered automations to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks;
- Train and support teams to ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes;
- Develop clear, user-friendly documentation to enable consistent use and scalability;
- Define success metrics, measure ROI, and iterate based on feedback;
- Monitor emerging AI trends and tools to inform long-term strategic opportunities.
