C&B Lead

  • Requirements Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / HR Analytics / Total Rewards;
    • Proven experience building or scaling C&B systems;
    • Deep understanding of job evaluation, grading, bonus schemes, benchmarking, and payroll budgeting;
    • Experience designing or contributing to competency matrices and integrating them with the grading system;
    • Ability to operate in an international environment;
    • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets;
    • Ideally, hands‑on with HRIS or BI tools;
    • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and logically to business stakeholders, managers, and employees;
    • English level B2 or higher.
  • Key responsibilities Key responsibilities
    • Define the compensation philosophy, run an audit of current practices, and standardize C&B policies with proper local adaptations;
    • Conduct job evaluation, design the grade structure, set pay ranges by level and country, and establish rules for reviews and grade movements;
    • Develop corporate and functional competency matrices, link them to grades and performance reviews, and define criteria for level progression;
    • Define principles for variable pay, audit and optimize benefits by location, and create a map of global vs. local perks;
    • Set up budgeting and the annual payroll review cycle, organize market benchmarking, and prepare analytical reports and recommendations for leadership;
    • Create clear guides and manager materials, train leaders on grades/bonuses/competencies, and ensure transparency and trust in the new system.

    • Experience working with AI-driven products or tools;
    • Interest in AI technologies and their practical use.
