Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years as Head of Product or CPO;
- Proven experience leading product strategy and scaling product organizations in established tech companies;
- Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle - from development and optimization to growth and expansion;
- Strong experience in building, mentoring, and developing product teams;
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex products;
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - engineering, marketing, analytics, and design;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain a strong product culture;
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term business goals;
- Drive the continuous improvement, innovation, and growth of existing products and product lines;
- Lead and inspire the product organization, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and results;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, marketing, analytics - to ensure seamless delivery and measurable business impact;
- Track and analyze key product metrics to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities;
- Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively across multiple product portfolios;
- Identify market trends and user needs to inform long-term product decisions and competitive positioning;
- Represent the product function at the executive level, translating business objectives into actionable product strategies;
- Champion user-centric decision-making, using insights and data provided by research and analytics teams.

- Experience in iGaming or Entertainment industries;
- Experience launching or localizing products across international markets;
- Familiarity with using AI/ML to enhance product performance and personalization.
