- Competent written speech;
- Ability to work with clients, including problem clients (stress resistance);
- PC skills, confident typing speed;
- Quick learning of new information (flexibility, trainability);
- Ability to work with several tasks simultaneously (multitasking);
- Experience of working in chat bots will be a plus;
- At least a B1 level of English proficiency.

- Communicating with clients in online chat/messengers/social networks;
- Assisting with project questions, resolving queries;
- Transferring complex requests to specialized departments;
- Working according to company scripts and regulations;
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Maintaining confidentiality of client and company information.
