- Solution-oriented mindset;
- 2+ years of experience in Fraud analytics;
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics;
- Understanding of anomaly detection, behavioral patterns, and scoring methods;
- SQL (complex queries + optimization);
- Python (general principles + libraries for data analysis).

- Analyze transactions, user behavior, and activity logs to detect and prevent fraudulent activities;
- Develop and maintain fraud-detection rules and risk-scoring models (rule-based and ML-based);
- Segment suspicious audiences and test hypotheses to improve detection accuracy;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of anti-fraud measures via experiments and A/B tests;
- Support and evolve the fraud analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and alerting systems;
- Prepare analytical reports and insights for product, payments, and finance teams.

- Experience in iGaming / FinTech / Payments;
- Experience with real-time data streams;
- Experience with model deployment.
