Requirements
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle executive recruitment processes, particularly for senior-level and C-suite roles (at least 3-5 years);
- Expertise in executive sourcing techniques and a strong network within iGaming and Fintech industries;
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and Hiring Managers to identify the strategic fit for high-impact roles;
- Deep knowledge of executive recruitment strategies, assessment methods, and selection techniques;
- Skilled in conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews for high-level candidates;
- Exceptional judgment in evaluating candidates' career trajectories, motivations, and alignment with organizational culture;
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information;
- At least upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Key responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end executive recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for senior-level and C-suite roles;
- Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to attract passive candidates, utilizing networking, referrals, and executive search platforms;
- Conducting thorough and structured interviews to evaluate executive candidates' qualifications, fit, and leadership potential;
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline of executive-level candidates for future hiring needs;
- Managing candidate relationships with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience and building long-term engagement.
