Requirements
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, working with large datasets);
- Experience working with CSV files and data exports;
- Experience preparing analytical reports and dashboards;
- Ability to analyze variances, draw conclusions, and propose solutions;
- Strong attention to numbers and ability to identify discrepancies in data;
- Experience preparing management reports;
- Experience with budgeting and plan vs actual analysis (basic level);
- Experience working with a large number of accounts and payments, balance monitoring, and timely top-up requests;
- Basic understanding of financial flow structures in an international environment;
- Experience collaborating with IT teams;
- Ability to create tasks and describe requirements;
- Strong English skills;
- High level of responsibility;
- Proactive and self-driven approach;
- Analytical mindset;
- Attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers;
- Ability to systematically follow up on tasks and remind colleagues when needed;

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Metabase / Power BI);
- Prepare analytical reports;
- Analyze performance variances and provide insights and recommendations;
- Structure metrics and reporting frameworks;
- Collect data from colleagues and providers;
- Create tasks for IT teams via Jira;
- Document requirements and processes in Confluence;
- Track task progress and follow up when necessary;
- Monitor regular expenses and payments, track balances across accounts, and request top-ups when needed;
- Participate in budgeting and plan vs actual analysis;
- Prepare management reports;
- Collect and process transaction and payment flow data;
- Participate in reconciliations, verify accuracy of fees and calculations;
- Work with data exports (CSV, Excel) and identify discrepancies.

Desirable
- Experience in Big4;
- Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools;
- Experience in iGaming / fintech / payments / e-commerce;
- Basic SQL knowledge;
- Experience working with transactional data;
- Understanding of payment flows, fees, and unit economics.
