Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, including 2+ years in a lead or head position;
- Proven experience managing SEO for high-load or multi-domain iGaming projects;
- Strong understanding of both white hat and grey/black hat strategies relevant to iGaming;
- Experience leading SEO teams and building cross-functional collaboration;
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO;
- Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Looker Studio, ZennoPoster, etc.;
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills;
- Strategic thinking, structured approach, and result orientation.

Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the overall SEO strategy for several iGaming products;
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of SEO specialists, link builders, and content managers;
- Oversee all aspects of website optimisation — technical, on-page, off-page, and content;
- Develop scalable SEO frameworks to drive stable growth of organic traffic and search visibility;
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for traffic acquisition;
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO with business goals;
- Define and monitor key SEO KPIs (traffic, conversions, link profile growth);
- Build and optimise processes for backlink acquisition, outreach, and domain management;
- Implement modern SEO tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making practices;
- Manage SEO budgets and external vendors;
- Present regular performance reports and strategy updates to senior management;
- Drive testing and innovation to improve CTR, behavioural factors, and engagement metrics.

Desirable
- Proven experience in rapidly scaling projects to Tier-1, Tier-2, and other markets;
- Personal case studies demonstrating measurable traffic and conversion growth in the iGaming niche;
- Understanding of regulatory specifics and geo-restrictions within the industry;
- Previous experience in iGaming / Gambling, Betting, Casino, or Crypto-casino projects;
- Skills in building alternative traffic channels such as ASO, Push, Email, Affiliates, and Telegram.
