Requirements
- Advanced level of English;
- Proven experience launching and growing a YouTube channel (from 1k+ subscribers and 100k+ monthly impressions);
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and organic optimization methods;
- Skilled in YouTube Studio analytics and traffic analysis;
- Ready to work under strict process control and fast scaling conditions;
- Experience in the sports and/or gambling niche.

Key responsibilities
- Recruiting, training, and motivating team members (video editing, scriptwriting, video titles and descriptions, thumbnail design);
- Task allocation and control of video publishing deadlines;
- Ongoing recruitment to replace team members when needed;
- Developing content strategy for channels (topics: sports, analytics, bookmaker reviews);
- Reporting on key metrics: number of channels, number of managers, impressions, CTR, website clicks, conversions;
- A/B testing: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, link anchors;
- Improving video click-through rates and link performance in descriptions;
- Scaling the network: growing the number of channels and traffic volume;
- Ensuring compliance with YouTube policies (workarounds for link restrictions, channel safety);
- Analyzing offer performance and integrating them into content;
- Coordinating with partners (bookmakers, casinos) for up-to-date promotional materials.

Desirable
- Managed a content, marketing, or affiliate team of 5+ people;
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing basics (CPA, CR, building "content → offer" funnels);
- Strong analytical skills: Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets.
