- 2+ years of experience;
- Higher education degree;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Task trackers, etc.;
- Initiative, attention to detail, ability to control a large amount of information, quick learning aptitude;
- Clear verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Russian language;
- At least a B2 level of English proficiency;
- Driving license, category B.

- Processing work permits (including filling out application forms, collecting and checking relevant paperwork, and advising employees regarding sets of necessary documents);
- Submitting documents to the Migration Department;
- Supporting data entry and integrity for remote employee records;
- Ensuring the company's document flow;
- Drafting documents upon request from department heads and management;
- Collaborating with related departments within the company;
- Interacting with contractors and courier services;
- Completing tasks assigned by the head of the department;
- Providing various reports.
