- At least 3 years of experience in employer branding, HR marketing, and/or internal communications within IT companies, including both strategic planning and hands-on project implementation;
- Ability to develop and execute HR brand and marketing communication strategies aimed at candidate attraction and strengthening corporate culture;
- Experience in managing HR marketing channels (media campaigns, social media, referral programs, career websites, events, etc.);
- Strong skills in analyzing channel performance and optimizing key metrics (cost per hire, conversion rate, CPL, etc.);
- Experience in conducting marketing and sociological research, analyzing target audiences and competitive landscape;
- Advantage: proven experience in corporate culture transformation with measurable results (e.g., eNPS growth, reduced turnover, improved engagement);
- Deep understanding of branding, communications, and content marketing principles;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to negotiate and inspire others;
- Creativity, systems thinking, and a strong results orientation.

- Develop and implement the HR brand, HR marketing, and internal communications strategy aligned with company goals;
- Build a cohesive communication ecosystem — from EVP development to content and event initiatives;
- Manage the candidate attraction funnel: plan and launch marketing campaigns, manage channels, and analyze performance;
- Monitor and optimize key recruitment metrics (cost per hire, conversion, reach, engagement, etc.);
- Conduct research and surveys to analyze employer brand perception and competitive positioning;
- Identify and develop key target audiences (internal and external) and adapt communications to their needs;
- Develop and maintain brand platforms and content channels (career website, corporate communities, social media, internal media, email communications);
- Plan and execute HR marketing campaigns and participate in employer rankings;
- Develop and implement an employee brand ambassador program;
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, PR, HR, and Analytics departments;
- Organize and participate in internal and external events supporting the employer brand and company culture;
- Plan and manage the budget for the function, build and develop the team;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, providing regular analytics and improvement recommendations.
