Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development and 3+ years in blockchain/crypto projects;
- Deep understanding of major blockchains and their APIs;
- Hands-on experience with libraries such as web3.js, ethers.js, or similar;
- Production experience building services in TypeScript (Nest.js) and/or Go;
- Experience working with nodes, RPC/REST/gRPC APIs, and integrating with different networks;
- Proven track record in designing and maintaining indexers and transaction processing services;
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, ORM, and query optimization;
- Solid experience with testing (unit, functional, E2E);
- Ability to lead code reviews, plan tasks, and mentor team members.

Key responsibilities
- Strategic and tactical planning, task prioritization, 1:1 meetings, team development, organizing on-call rotations and post-mortems;
- Strategic development, prioritization, and quality control of blockchain integration services;
- Task planning, code reviews, mentoring, hiring, and guiding engineers' growth;
- Design and support of indexers and transaction broadcasters; working with nodes and APIs of networks such as BTC, ETH, TRON, BNB, TON, LTC, etc;
- Designing scalable and fault-tolerant services for the full transaction lifecycle;
- Building services in TypeScript (Nest.js) and/or Go;
- Implementing metrics for deposits and withdrawals, monitoring confirmations, alerting, and defining SLO/SLIs for blockchain integrations;
- Handling private keys, access control, audits, prevention of financial losses and data leaks;
- Building internal blockchain knowledge, running workshops, and training colleagues;
- Minimizing risks, ensuring transaction correctness, and preventing incidents with potential loss of funds.

- Experience in fintech or large-scale crypto systems;
- Knowledge of smart contract programming languages;
- Background in designing microservices and event-driven architectures;
- Familiarity with CI/CD and observability best practices for blockchain services.
