Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business or Operations Management;
- 3+ years of experience as a PSP Manager/Officer within the iGaming industry;
- 1+ year of experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity;
- Understanding of cryptocurrency processing;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to allocate resources, plan, and prioritize effectively;
- Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities;
- Fluent in Russian and Good English level.

Key responsibilities
- Exploring and integrating PSPs, understanding the dynamics of acquiring, P2P transactions, and leading first-person payment methods;
- Finding or creating solutions, deeply understanding the product landscape;
- Reconciliation of balances and turnovers within various PSPs and payment methods;
- Review and oversight of clearing fees;
- Liquidity control and balance management;
- Managing day-to-day communication with PSPs.
