- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a senior/lead role;
- Proven track record of managing and developing a team;
- Strong experience in building and improving HR processes in IT companies;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ (for written and verbal communication with international colleagues).

- Lead and develop a team of People Partners: set priorities, mentor and support team members, ensure delivery of results;
- Build and optimize HR processes across the company, driving consistency and efficiency;
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to design and implement HR strategy;
- Resolve complex employee relations issues pragmatically, considering risks and business impact;
- Provide data-driven insights and HR reports to support decision-making;
- Contribute to strengthening corporate culture and employer brand.

- Experience working with AI-driven products or tools;
- Interest in AI technologies and their practical use.
