- Law degree from a recognized university;
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience;
- Industry background in IT, FinTech, iGaming, or another regulated sector (mandatory);
- Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken) – a must;
- Strong knowledge of contract, corporate, and intellectual property law, as well as compliance frameworks;
- Excellent research and risk evaluation skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal information;
- Proficiency in legal terminology, research tools, databases, and resources, familiarity with document management practices;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely, a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Strong self-management and time-management, high attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting;
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work smoothly with cross-functional teams;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools and workflows.

- Provide legal advice to internal teams on commercial, corporate, tax, migration, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions;
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal documents, especially commercial agreements with vendors, partners, agents, and service providers with the focus on license, merchant, partnership and marketing agreements;
- Conduct legal research, monitor legislative updates, and prepare clear summaries, reports, and presentations to support decision-making;
- Lead or support legal projects, coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, agents, and law firms on corporate, banking, financial, and compliance matters;
- Prepare and submit documents to authorities and liaise with governmental and regulatory bodies when required;
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal compliance guidelines, documentation, and policies;
- Identify legal risks, propose practical solutions, and provide insights on legal trends that may impact the business;
- Maintain organized legal databases, registers, precedents, and research materials;
- Support ad-hoc initiatives such as licensing, corporate structuring, due diligence, and other compliance or legal projects.
