- English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level or higher;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brand/PR Manager;
- Proven experience in negotiations with public figures and their agents;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and metrics to evaluate PR activity effectiveness.

- Manage the full cycle of work with a brand ambassador (ex-England national team footballer): from scouting and negotiations (directly or via agencies) to execution of joint activities;
- Organize professional photo/video shoots to produce branded content (website, advertising, etc.);
- Oversee production of exclusive content with the ambassador, including: 1) Monthly interviews 2) Weekly expert commentary on top sports news 3) Match predictions;
- Distribute and promote ambassador content through partnerships with leading UK media outlets (The Sun, Daily Mirror, BBC Sport, Sky Sports) and major sports social media communities (reposts, mentions, branded content);
- Arrange joint interviews and activities for the ambassador with prominent UK bloggers;
- Build and manage partnerships with charities, sports clubs, and event organizers, positioning the company as an 'Information Partner';
- Organize proprietary PR events and ensure subsequent media coverage;
- Manage media relations: draft and distribute press releases, develop story ideas (native brand promotion), and coordinate publications featuring expert commentary from our team;
- Monitor online brand mentions (via specialized tools) and manage negative feedback on platforms such as Trustpilot, social media, and forums;
- Contribute to the development of global marketing and PR campaigns;
- Design and implement audience loyalty programs in collaboration with the SMM Manager;
- Prepare regular performance reports, combining factual results with key metrics and figures.

- Experience working with sports celebrities;
- Passion for sports (ideally football, boxing, tennis, cricket);
- Understanding of gambling industry culture;
- Experience in regulated industries (gambling, fintech, crypto);
- Knowledge of UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) regulations;
- Established contacts in UK sports media outlets and organizations.
