Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or product roles with exposure to AI/ML products;
- Proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing tech-enabled solutions with clear business impact;
- Experience using AI tools or platforms (e.g., general-purpose agents, domain-specific solutions, no-code/low-code systems) to solve real business problems;
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, matplotlib/seaborn or similar); ability to work with data outputs from AI systems;
- Strong communication skills and ability to bridge data, product, and engineering perspectives;
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapid iteration and experimentation.

Key responsibilities
- Identify business challenges, inefficiencies, and productivity gaps in collaboration with functional teams;
- Design AI-based solutions using both general-purpose and function-specific tools;
- Research, evaluate, and integrate the most suitable tools, platforms, or APIs to address operational needs;
- Build and orchestrate AI-powered automations to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks;
- Train and support teams to ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes;
- Develop clear, user-friendly documentation to enable consistent use and scalability;
- Define success metrics, measure ROI (e.g., time saved, error reduction), and iterate based on feedback;
- Monitor emerging AI trends and tools to inform long-term strategic opportunities.
