Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer;
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Experience working with mobile and/or web products;
- Ability to design user flows, CJMs, and complex scenarios;
- Proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, design systems);
- Understanding of product metrics (CR, Retention, LTV);
- Ability to justify design decisions;
- Experience working in a team (with developers, PMs, analysts).

Key responsibilities
- Designing and improving user scenarios;
- Creating interfaces for web and mobile (casino, personal account, bonus mechanics, etc.);
- Working with product analytics and hypotheses;
- Participating in A/B testing;
- Developing and maintaining the design system;
- Collaborating with the development team and product managers;
- Optimizing UX to increase conversion and retention.

Desirable
- Experience in iGaming, betting, or high-load products;
- Understanding of user psychology and behavioral triggers;
- Experience with gamification;
- Basic knowledge of UX writing;
- Experience conducting user research;
- Understanding of dark patterns (and the ability to use them intentionally).
