Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT;
- Experience in the iGaming industry (platforms, games, payment systems, marketing, compliance, etc.);
- Proven experience in project control and execution;
- Strong understanding of risk, change, and stakeholder management;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your message to the audience;
- Skilled at conducting productive and focused meetings;
- Experience in designing and optimizing business processes;
- Confident and structured decision-making abilities;
- Open, transparent, friendly, and always ready to lend a hand;
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset;
- Quick to respond and reliable in delivery;
- Committed to maintaining a high standard of quality in everything you do;
- Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.

Key responsibilities
- Projects are completed with no delays, or any reasonable delays are agreed upon and confirmed in advance with stakeholders;
- Necessary project documentation is in place and up to date (weekly detailed project plan, requirements, etc.);
- All project-related JIRA tasks are created and maintained — epics, stories, bugs, and tasks;
- Required project ceremonies and communications are conducted: project kick-off, weekly syncs and demos, project sign-off, handover to operations, and closure;
- Escalations, if needed, are done in a timely and appropriate manner;
- Recommended tools are used: Confluence, JIRA;
- Control project scope, timeline, resources, and risks;
- Manage your workload and proactively provide clear, justifiable updates on your tasks, plans, and capacity to your manager — whether you need to take on more, reduce workload, or keep it as is;
- Contribute to corporate improvement/transformation projects when required (tools, processes, reporting, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, is a must;
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
