Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a 2D Illustrator or Digital Artist in commercial projects;
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
- Proficiency in photobash techniques and fast visual development;
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, GPT-Vision, Gemini, etc.) to generate and refine visuals;
- Ability to analyze and reproduce different visual styles, adapting quickly to the project’s visual language;
- Skill in creating visual metaphors — using imagery that is clear, engaging, and storytelling-driven;
- Understanding of composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy;
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, high-quality artwork under tight deadlines;
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Key responsibilities
- Create high-quality promo banners and marketing visuals;
- Contribute to email campaigns and visual assets for various communication channels;
- Adapt and maintain the project’s visual style, ensuring consistency across all materials;
- Collaborate with the art lead and other team members to achieve stylistic and creative goals;
- Analyze references and market trends to maintain up-to-date and appealing visuals;
- Estimate timelines and communicate risks or potential issues proactively;
- Maintain task documentation and update progress in the task tracker;
- Participate in feedback sessions, continuously improving the quality of deliverables;
- Suggest new ideas, tools, and techniques to optimize the creative process.

- Basic or advanced skills in 3D modeling (Blender or similar tools);
- Art education or relevant artistic background.
