Requirements
- Over 3 years of proven experience in affiliate management;
- Proactive and energetic person, who loves communicating with people and knows how to do it;
- Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Person with a proactive approach to life;
- Having an eye in affiliate market will be a plus;
- The ability to always be in touch;
- Having experience in an Affiliate Manager position in affiliate CPA networks or a marketing agency will be your undoubted advantage, but it is not required.

Key responsibilities
- Communicating with partners;
- Optimizing and monitoring the quality of partners' work (requesting regular reports from the advertiser and recommendations to sites);
- Attracting new partners;
- Data analysis, increasing the efficiency of affiliate traffic;
- Drafting media plans and budget planning.

Desirable
- Experience working with AI-driven products or tools;
- Interest in AI technologies and their practical use.
