Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar;
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst/Product owner in the fintech industry;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with software developers, and other team members, and to extract relevant information for document creation;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously;
- Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Strong decomposition skills;
- Good knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence);
- Experience in wireframing using Miro, draw.io, Balsamiq or similar tools;
- Possession of a structured, process- and result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native Russian, English B2).

Key responsibilities
- Work with product manager, designer, developers and system architects to appropriately capture feature requests, use cases, prototypes, and proof of concept requests, and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, detailed BRDs and other product documentation;
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features, addressing any questions or concerns that arise during the development process;
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives;
- Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

- PSPO level 1 or CCBA/CBAP certification will be considered an advantage.
