Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT projects;
- Experience in iGaming or entertainment products;
- Solid understanding of stakeholder engagement, including both clients and internal teams, and ability to navigate and resolve conflicts;
- Familiarity with the process of developing project documentation;
- Strong communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the project team: assign tasks, monitor progress, and organize regular team meetings;
- Manage project execution, including creating detailed implementation plans and coordinating all participants;
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, reports, specifications, meeting notes) and ensure it is accessible to all stakeholders;
- Track project-related expenses and provide regular financial reporting;
- Support feedback channels for all stakeholders and ensure timely processing and response to incoming feedback.

- Good design knowledge;
- Experience working with AI-driven products or tools;
- Interest in AI technologies and their practical use.
