Requirements
- Proven experience in AI content generation (photo and video);
- Strong proficiency with multiple generative tools;
- Understanding of which tools to use for specific tasks;
- Experience with character consistency;
- Ability to work with briefs and deliver final-quality results;
- Having an established production pipeline;
- Strong visual taste and sense of style;
- Understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling;
- Ability to distinguish high-quality visuals from weak or generic outputs.

Key responsibilities
- Creating AI-generated photos and videos based on provided briefs and scenarios;
- Producing lifestyle, character-driven, and narrative content;
- Working with image-to-video, motion control, lip sync, and voice-driven animation;
- Selecting the most suitable tools for different tasks;
- Building and maintaining a stable production workflow;
- Ensuring character consistency (references, LoRA, identity systems);
- Optimizing generation quality and reducing iteration cycles;
- Preparing assets for social media;
- Basic video editing and assembly;
- Working with sound, AI voices, and music;
- Collaborating with SMM managers;
- Reviewing and refining briefs before production;
- Delivering content on time;
- Implementing revisions based on feedback;
- Following the content calendar and deadlines;
- Providing weekly reports on tasks and progress;
- Working in an iterative process with rapid testing and improvement.
