Requirements
- Engineering Background: Strong Python skills and experience with AI products (LLMs, AI platforms) to solve real-world business problems;
- Operational Optimization: Proven track record in identifying inefficiencies and implementing technology-driven solutions with measurable business impact;
- Problem-Solving Autonomy: Ability to independently structure and solve loosely defined problems with a high degree of ownership;
- Business Communication: Strong skills in translating technical solutions into business language for effective stakeholder management;
- Product Mindset: Interest in developing product management and business analysis competencies to better understand user needs;
- AI-Driven Productivity: Mastery of AI tools (Cursor, Claude, LLMs) to enhance personal workflow, accelerate learning, and optimize development.

Key responsibilities
- Gap Identification: Collaborating with functional teams to pinpoint business challenges and productivity gaps;
- AI Solution Design: Designing automated workflows using both general-purpose and function-specific AI tools;
- Research & Integration: Evaluating and integrating the most suitable APIs and platforms to address specific operational needs;
- Workflow Orchestration: Building AI-powered automations to streamline complex business processes and reduce manual tasks;
- Adoption & Support: Training teams on new AI tools and processes to ensure high adoption rates and effective use;
- ROI & Metrics Tracking: Defining success metrics and measuring the business impact of implemented automations to iterate based on feedback;
- Strategic Monitoring: Tracking emerging AI trends and tools to inform long-term strategic opportunities for the company.
