Requirements
- Gambling ASO Expertise: At least 1 year of experience with gambling products to ensure successful moderation and app survival without local licenses;
- App Store & Google Play Publishing: Hands-on experience with store submissions to navigate complex policies and bypass restrictions effectively;
- Ranking Algorithms Mastery: Deep understanding of Store algorithms and ranking factors to maintain top positions for high-risk keywords;
- Keyword Strategy: Proficiency in semantic collection and keyword clustering to build a comprehensive core that captures maximum organic traffic;
- Conversion-Driven Visuals: Experience with visual optimization (icons, screenshots, videos) to increase Click-Through Rate (CTR) and lower user acquisition costs;
- ASO Tooling & Incentivized Traffic: Skills in using analytics tools and incentivized platforms to boost rankings and monitor performance data;
- Recent Success Track Record: Proven successful cases within the last 3 months to demonstrate adaptability to the latest store updates.

Key responsibilities
- Organic Traffic Growth: Driving traffic through high-risk keywords to ensure a steady flow of high-intent users to the product;
- Creative Asset Management: Preparing detailed briefs for designers to create icons and screenshots that convert while meeting store requirements;
- Market Intelligence: Performing competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends;
- Traffic Segmentation: Working with Custom Product Pages to improve landing page relevance for different user segments;
- Conversion Monitoring: Tracking rankings and organic traffic conversion rates to proactively adjust the ASO strategy based on data;
- Reputation & Feedback Management: Managing app ratings and user reviews to maintain a high trust score and improve overall ranking;
- AI-Native Workflow: Utilizing AI for metadata localization and visual concept testing to scale ASO operations and speed up production cycles.
