Requirements
- Advanced Data Management: Expert skills in Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) to handle large datasets and CSV exports;
- Analytical Reporting: Experience in building dashboards and management reports to visualize metrics and support decision-making;
- Financial Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify data discrepancies to ensure the integrity of financial records;
- Operational Payments: Experience managing balances across numerous accounts and ensuring timely top-ups for uninterrupted operations;
- Budgeting & Analysis: Basic proficiency in budgeting and variance analysis (plan vs. actual) to monitor operational expenses;
- Cross-functional Communication: Experience collaborating with IT teams (defining requirements, task creation) to automate financial workflows;
- Language & Soft Skills: Strong English proficiency and a proactive, self-driven approach to interact effectively in an international environment;
- AI Tooling Awareness: Interest in leveraging AI tools for complex formula generation, data processing automation, and report summarization.

Key responsibilities
- Dashboards & Visualization: Building and maintaining dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets or BI tools (Metabase/Power BI) for real-time metric tracking;
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing variances and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance;
- Task & Requirement Management: Drafting technical tasks for IT teams in Jira and documenting processes in Confluence to implement new financial features;
- Payment & Balance Monitoring: Tracking regular expenses and managing account balances to ensure continuous payment flow;
- Reconciliation & Verification: Performing data reconciliations and verifying fees and calculations to ensure transaction flow accuracy;
- Reporting Frameworks: Structuring metrics and collecting data from providers to build a comprehensive reporting ecosystem;
- AI Integration: Applying AI assistants to accelerate data analysis and detect anomalies within transaction exports.
