Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web application development;
- TypeScript proficiency: strict mode, ESM, decorators;
- Backend: Fastify or NestJS (depth in at least one is expected);
- Frontend: Next.js (App Router), React, component architecture, responsive layout;
- Type-safe API contracts: tRPC, Zod, or OpenAPI schema-first;
- ORM/query builder: Prisma, Drizzle ORM, or TypeORM;
- Tooling: Biome or ESLint + Prettier; build tools — Vite, esbuild, or tsup;
- Message brokers: Kafka or RabbitMQ;
- Databases: PostgreSQL; familiarity with graph or vector DBs is a plus;
- Testing: Vitest (unit/integration), Playwright or Cypress (e2e);
- Docker, Git, Linux;
- Awareness of current AI trends and the broader LLM ecosystem;
- Hands-on experience with AI-native developer tools: Cursor, Augment, Claude Code, or similar;
- Practical prompt engineering skills: writing structured, reliable prompts for production use cases;
- Experience with MCP — as a user, integrator, or implementer.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend APIs (Fastify/NestJS) and frontend layers (Next.js App Router);
- Design shared type contracts between frontend and backend;
- Integrate backend services with external APIs and third-party systems;
- Design and optimize relational and graph database schemas;
- Integrate LLM APIs into product workflows;
- Implement or extend MCP server functionality.

Desirable
- Python background — a strong plus: experience with Python scripting, ML tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI), or data pipelines meaningfully expands what you can contribute in an AI-heavy codebase;
- Agentic workflows and multi-step LLM orchestration;
- n8n or similar automation platforms;
- Edge runtimes: Cloudflare Workers, Vercel Edge;
- Monorepo architecture with Turborepo or Nx;
- DDD or CQRS methodologies.
