Requirements
- Experience in Fraud & risk management in payments;
- Experience in Chargeback management;
- Experience in Payment infrastructure;
- Experience in Geographic features of payments and fraud in different geographies.

Key responsibilities
- Development and implementation of payment risk mitigation strategies (fraud, chargebacks, abuse);
- Proposals for managing and optimizing anti-fraud rules;
- Analysis of transaction data and identification of fraud patterns;
- Participation in the investigation of incidents and disputed transactions;
- Monitoring and improving key metrics (fraud/chargeback/approval rate);
- Adapting payment processes to different geographies and regulations (ensuring efficient, secure operation of the payment infrastructure in each specific country primarily CIS, EU, and IN countries, taking into account local user, bank, and fraud-related factors);
- Interacting with teams (analytics, payments, product, compliance, tech);
- Supporting the launch of payment systems in new markets.
