Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the payments / fintech / iGaming sector;
- Proficiency in MS Office (or Google equivalents); Grafana / Tableau; Utrack / Trello / Jira;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to respond quickly to unforeseen circumstances;
- Understanding of how a payments department operates, deep understanding of payments terminology;
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle;
- Experience with technical/financial processes (integrations, reading transaction logs, troubleshooting, optimizing payment routing, independently managing tasks from problem identification to resolution);
- Experience in professional communication (with providers, technical/financial/support teams, managing communication during incidents and integrations, seeing tasks through to completion without constant supervision);
- English - B1, Russian - fluent.

Key responsibilities
- Configuration and support of routing, monitoring of payment channel metrics;
- Analysis and resolution of technical incidents, communication with PSP monitoring teams;
- Working with providers’ technical documentation;
- Participation in the integration of payment solutions;
- Participation in the oversight of operational processes.
