Requirements
- Experience working with sports betting providers (e.g., Altenar);
- Ability to define strategy (GEOs, segments, positioning);
- Experience launching and managing sports campaigns (tournaments, events, seasonal promotions);
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills;
- Experience developing and managing bonus strategies (free bets, risk-free bets, odds boosts);
- English proficiency at B2 level;
- Understanding of anti-fraud / anti-abuse practices.

Key responsibilities
- Setting and adjusting odds;
- Managing the betting line (pre-match and live);
- Real-time betting monitoring, risk management, and limit control;
- Analyzing player behavior and identifying suspicious activity;
- Managing bonus policies: creating and configuring bonus campaigns;
- Collaborating with marketing teams on major sporting events;
- Working with providers and support teams (incidents, disputes, settlements), ensuring high-quality handling of user inquiries.
