Requirements
- Sports Betting Expertise: Experience with providers (e.g., Altenar) to manage core product operations effectively;
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to define positioning and segments across various GEOs to drive regional market growth;
- Campaign Management: Proven track record in launching seasonal events and tournaments to increase player activity and retention;
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions on profitability and margin control;
- Bonus Strategy Development: Experience managing free bets and odds boosts to boost player loyalty and engagement;
- English Proficiency (B2): Fluent communication to collaborate with international partners and stakeholders;
- AI Literacy: Proficiency in using AI tools to automate line analysis, forecast player behavior, and speed up content creation.

Key responsibilities
- Line & Odds Management: Adjusting pre-match and live betting lines to ensure a competitive and profitable product offering;
- Real-time Risk Management: Monitoring betting activity and controlling limits to minimize financial exposure and mitigate risks;
- Anti-Fraud & Security: Analyzing player patterns to identify suspicious activity to protect the platform from abuse;
- Bonus Policy Execution: Designing and configuring bonus campaigns to achieve target KPIs for turnover and revenue;
- Marketing Collaboration: Partnering with marketing teams during major sporting events to maximize user acquisition and brand reach;
- Provider Relations: Handling technical incidents and settlements with providers to maintain high-quality service and resolve disputes;
- AI Integration: Implementing AI solutions into daily operations to improve risk assessment accuracy and personalize user offers.
