INKTECH - is an international company established in 2017. Our very first product was launched by a team of 5 developers; our company has grown a lot since then, we are an international team now with over 450 highly qualified specialists and counting. In 2020 we settled in Cyprus in a comfortable office and decided to base our headquarters here.
Just one year later we built and opened a spacious new office in Georgia. About 20% of our specialists work remotely from all over the globe. Our mission is to improve people's lives by creating new values for them, opening transparent and unified opportunities for everyone. Our team is our greatest asset.

We offer a standard 8-hour working day 5 days a week, with a flexible start (8-10 am) and a lunch break.
Flexible schedule
We organize team building activities in-house, on a regular basis. Yacht races, carting and hiking are the top-3 most favorite activities of our employees. We care for each team member and respect family values, that’s why we often extend our team building and event invitations to include family members.

- GYM - Our office gym is fully furnished with brand new high-end Italian machines, boxing bur, free weights, equipment for stretching and functional fitness. The gym is available for all employees on a 24/7 basis.
- SPA - We have a special room dedicated to relaxation, where in a cozy atmosphere our highly qualified therapists provide thai, sport, or relaxing massage therapies.

We offer relocation to Georgia or to Cyprus.
Georgia: Relocation package includes flight tickets with luggage allowance for the employee and family members from any location across the globe, transportation of small pets, transfer from the airport to accommodation. Accommodation in a corporate apartment is free of charge, after two weeks the employee has an option to either further stay in a corporate apartment, or look for other rental options (in such case the Company provides monthly compensation for rental expenses).
Cyprus: Relocation package includes flight tickets with luggage allowance for the employee and family members from any location across the globe, transportation of small pets, transfer from the airport to accommodation, sim-card from a local provider with unlimited plan, full support guidance at every step with migration services, one month free of charge accommodation in corporate apartments from high-end estate developers of Limassol with following option to undertake rent on exclusive terms, comfortable and ergonomic corporate car.

Twice a year our Company conducts employees’ evaluation, and as a result we can review salary, identify areas for development, and build individual training plans.
